Hi Everyone, 

I am taking January and February 2024 off to grow my business in a new way. I am planning to train another Esthetician to Sugar and I will also be producing sugar paste in bulk for retail  or wholesale purchase orders. I will produce videos and training materials for professionals and  DIY’ers to learn to Sugar. 

I am so grateful for all the relationships I have built over the past 12 years through Body Sugaring Charleston, but physically I just can't continue. I will miss you all tremendously though and hope to stay in touch. As you all know, I tore a tendon in my right elbow a couple of years back and the repetitive use of that arm to continue sugaring is not conducive to healing. 

There will be a period where I am locally training a new Sugarist, and we will need to practice so I can feel confident in her abilities to provide the best services to you. If you are open to the idea of having two Estheticians in the room with you during a Sugaring session, then I encourage you to reach out and let me know, so we can plan accordingly. My intention is to have someone ready to take on clients by Spring 2024. 

Although this announcement is bittersweet, I look forward to focusing on this next stage of my career. I hope everyone sets an intention in 2024 to do what is in your best interest, be it for your physical or mental health.
